Trust Mark is the Goverment backed initiative to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy local tradesmen to carry out repairs, inside and outside the home.

It is widely supported by consumer protection organisations, local trading standards and the building industry.

QANW is an insurance intermediary company based in the town of Ayr, on the west coast of Scotland. We work closely with building contractors and trade associations from all over the British Isles to allow them to offer an additional degree of consumer protection for their products and standards of workmanship.

The consumer protection we offer comes in the form of policies of insurance in favour of the householder. These are issued directly by us, to you whenever you have work done by a participating contractor. They provide the type of protection that only policies of insurance can provide.

Certass is a competent person scheme for the glazing industry. All Certass registered contractors are vetted to ensure they are qualified to carry out the replacement of windows and doors in accordance with the current building regulations.
